Competitor Trade-In Program

As part of an initiative to bring back a much requested and beloved service, we are offering all customers the opportunity to Trade-In their customized controllers from our competitors in exchange for a stackable $50 Gift Card (1:1) towards new Battle Beaver purchases.

Yep, we're taking drifting controllers too.

Qualifying Competitor Controller Conditions:

• • The controller must be an original 1st-Party controller (like the one included with a console) modified by one of our competitors with performance modifications, 3rd-Party controllers do not qualify (i.e Scuf Vantage 1/2, Razer, PowerA, etc.) unless otherwise noted (i.e Elite, Edge, Astro C40). 'Cosmetic Only' upgrades will qualify for half credit.
• • The controller must turn on with its own power source.
• • The controller must be able to connect to it's respective Console and/or PC.
• • The controller *can* drift to qualify, as long as thumbstick commands register input in-game.
• • The controller inputs from Competitor modifications do not need to function (i.e broken paddles, triggers, etc.).
• • Controllers with attachments (i.e Microsoft Elite or DualSense Edge) must be submitted with most of the original parts.

Surrender Notice & Disclaimers:

Any submitted controller is considered to be surrendered unconditionally, regardless of receiving the trade in gift card or not. Gift Cards may only be issued to individuals who submit qualifying controllers with complete paperwork included. Gift Cards are unable to be retroactively applied to existing orders. Any controllers received without complete and accurate paperwork will not have a Gift Card issued and be recycled. Any controllers received that are not in qualifying condition will not have a Gift Card issued and be recycled. For Battle Beaver controllers accepted for trade-in, a unique discount code will instead be issued for the trade-in amount in lieu of Gift Card.

Individuals are responsible for all shipping concerns related to submitting controllers for Trade In. Battle Beaver is not responsible for any packages that are not received and confirmed.

Trade In controllers must meet qualifying conditions to receive a Gift Card. Battle Beaver reserves the right to cease taking trades of any product without notice. By trading your product to Battle Beaver, you release Battle Beaver from any claim relating to the product (including but not limited to loss of a device or its contents). You also release Battle Beaver from any claim for loss or unauthorized access, use or disclosure of any personal or private data or information stored on the device. All trades are final. No dealers. Void where prohibited. Battle Beaver LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer for any reason without notice.

Instructions:

1. 1. Use the Trade-In Form below to submit your information to be included with the controller(s). Once submitted, you will receive an emailed copy of your form. Each controller submitted will need its own Trade-In Form.
